Australian Breastfeeding Assoc. – Central Coast Group

This local support group offers fortnightly catch-ups at Number 34 Alexandra Rd, in Ulverstone, every second Friday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. All get-togethers have at least one trained breastfeeding counsellor present to answer questions and/or discuss any problems you may be having. We talk about all things from basic breastfeeding tips, expressing and storing breast-milk, supply issues, returning to work, weaning, introducing solids, nighttime parenting and much more.

Everyone is welcome, whether you are pregnant, fully breastfeeding, partially breastfeeding, expressing or bottle-feeding. Partners, friends and grandparents are also welcome to come along.

Find us on Facebook to keep up-to-date with the latest events.
