Meals on Wheels delivers a cooked/chilled meal in a microwavable and oven proof container. Meals on Wheels has a menu available with five choices of main meal daily, a soup of the day and a choice between two desserts. We also provide freshly made sandwiches daily as required. This menu is revised and updated twice a year in conjunction with a qualified dietitian and is a balanced nutritional meal.
The main meal menu comprises a choice between a vegetarian meal, a cold meat salad and three other varied meals. Meals on Wheels is very flexible service, so clients can have any combination of courses; some clients just want a main meal, and they are encouraged to pick and choose between days according to their individual needs and wants. No referral is needed.
