SYP – The Supported Youth Program

SYP supports young people aged between 10-18 who are disengaging from education and/or are at risk of homelessness; may also have mental health, AOD issues and/or involvement in the Youth Justice system.

The support offered is trauma informed and is delivered therapeutically. SYP provides assertive outreach, mediation, advocacy, counselling, and mentoring. Young people receive a holistic service that targets strengths and difficulties improving self-worth, basic living skills, self-regulation, connectedness, and improves health and well-being.                                                                                                                         Catchment area: NORTH, NORTH WEST & WEST
