StandBy Support after Suicide (Lifeline Tasmania)

We provide support for anyone in Tasmania experiencing suicide loss and community education to enable communities to better understand and support those bereaved by suicide.

StandBy Support after Suicide (Lifeline Tasmania)

Support for anyone affected by suicide no matter what your connection to the suicide or when it occurred. It can be accessed 24/7 through our crisis number (0400 183 490) and, if after hours, a message will be taken (by a person!) and the Tasmanian staff will respond on the next working day. We also provide community education and development around understanding suicide bereavement and what we can do as individuals, groups, services and a community to support those affected.
