The aim of this Action Group in 2021 was to oversee the handover of the Connecting Care Community Directory to Council to ensure timely maintenance and expansion of the Portal. In addition this Action Group took on the role of steering committee for the YPIC Project after funding was secured in August.
- The Central Connect Portal is now reachable at www.centralconnecttas.com.au.
- Handover of the Community Directory to Council has been completed.
- The YPIC Project was successfully completed.
- Separate plug-ins will be built into the Portal – Community Directory (Council); Governance (CCLR); and Action Groups
- A costed Portal redevelopment proposal for the Community Directory has been sent to Central Coast Council.
The work of this Action Group is now complete.
